- What is your return policy?
- Please contact me right away if you have a problem or concern with your order and I’ll do my best to work with you.
- Returns are not allowed on personalized items or printable items.
- Returns are not allowed on items that have been worn or used in any way.
- The return must be completed within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping fees for the returned item are the responsibility of the sender.
- Do you ship internationally?
- At this time I only ship within the United States.
- What are your shipping options?
- United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only company I use for shipping products at this time.
- What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping costs are free when shipped within the United States.
- How long until I get my delivery?
- Orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of ordering unless it’s personalized or a custom order. When you get your delivery depends on the Post Office and delivery drivers, however, in the United States it usually takes about 3 days to receive your delivery.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, as long as you do so within 24 hours.
- Can I change my order?
- If an item has been processed as “shipped” then it cannot be changed.
- How can I track my order?
- A tracking number will be sent to the email you provide.
- Are my payment details/data secure?
- Yes. Payments are collected through PayPal or Stripe, which is a secure payment company.
- What are your methods of payment?
- This store accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
- Do you accept custom orders?
- If you see a crocheted item you like, but would rather have it in a different color, please let me know. I will do my best to get the color you need. However, please keep in mind that these orders take a little longer. If I do not have the color you are requesting, I will have to order it, then make the item. This could take 2-3 weeks.
